Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew about any good summer camps that a 12 year old, 16 year old, and a 17 year old could all go to. I want a Christian camp that is CHEAP. I looked up Christian summer camps and almost all of them were 300 to 1000 dollars at LEAST. The cheapest one I found was 125 to 300 dollars a week. I would like a camp that costs about--I dunno--50-75 a week because there are three of us kids. PLEASE leave a comment if you know of any. I REALLY want to go to summer camp this year. Court and Will have done it but I couldn't. At the time I was too little. So, once again, PLEASE comment if you have any suggestions. Thanks

Jaime is working on reconstructing the blog. It's really in need of something more appealing, now that the template designer can be used. Expect it to look a little--errmmm--out of place and strange for a while!

Back to the coupon code. I got a coupon code that will allow you to purchase anything from their store (cds, t-shirts, etc) for 20% off. The code is "Eivarlost09". That would be a zero & a nine, by the way (so you don't go thinking the zero is an 'o').

Love - What is love?
What is love? So many people today obviously don't have a clue. Love isn't just a feeling. Love isn't just words; it is what we do. Love is giving up for someone else. Love giving 100% when the other person is only giving 50. Love is giving all you have to serve the other person even if they hate your guts. Love is telling those in danger that they are in danger!
Jesus is the perfect example of love. When Jesus gave Himself up to be sacrificed for the world (wicked sinners) on the cross, He gave us the perfect example of love. We murdered Him, we killed Him. By our sin we killed Him! He didn't have to die. He could of just simply tossed us all into Hell, but He, being a merciful and loving God, decided to give us a chance.
He allowed His murderers to spit in His face. He allowed Himself to be made a mockery in front of everyone. And not once through it all did He speak a word. The only thing He ever spoke was what was spoken in silence: I love you. By His death, by His giving up Himself for a selfish, pleasure loving, sinful people, He told us that He loved us!
This is what love is! It's not just a word. It's not lust. It's giving up yourself for someone else. Jesus gave Himself up for you. Can you do the same for someone else? There are so many ways to give yourself up for others. Stop being selfish. Give up self for others. Give up self for God.

Believe In Yourself And Follow Your Heart???
Follow your heart....it has been said many times on television, in movies, books, etc. This is most definitely NOT what we should do. Telling someone to follow their heart is basically telling them to go and kill themselves.
Jeremiah 17:9
*** “ The heart is deceitful above all things,
And desperately wicked;
Who can know it? ***
The heart is deceitful and desperately wicked!! Why would you follow it? A person who chooses to follow his/her heart is NOT following God and is going to end up in Hell. The 'follow your heart' message is of the devil! HE wants you to follow your heart! GOD wants you to follow HIM. Read your Bibles and do not follow these lying cliches.
'Believe in yourself' is another thing people like to say. It is also a message of Satan. Where in the Bible has God EVER said that we need to believe in ourselves??? NOWHERE!!!! In fact, He says the opposite! God says that we MUST NOT put our trust in ourselves or in any other besides God Himself. We must put our trust in God ALONE. We must believe in Him because we, as humans, are liable to fall, while God remains true no matter what.
2 Corinthians 1:9
*** we should not trust in ourselves but in God ***
Satan wants you to believe these lies, 'follow your heart' and 'believe in yourself', because he does NOT want you to follow after God. He wants you to do what you want, so that you do NOT do what God wants. He wants you to follow self instead of God! God, however, wants you to follow Him, read His Word and obey Him. Following self is going to lead to destruction in Hell fire while following God, to eternal life in Heaven with Him. I choose God. What do you choose?

What Is A True Christian And How Do You Know If You Are Saved?
A true Christian is, to put it quite simply, a person who follows the Bible and does what it says. A true Christian OBEYS God and has NO pleasure in sin. A true Christian will HATE their sin. They will sin, don't get me wrong, but they do not WANT to sin because it displeases God. A Christian is a person currently obeying God.
THEIR IS NO ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED! That is the lie of the devil. That is the same lie that the serpent (Satan speaking from it) told Eve in the Garden of Eden. "You shall not surely die," he said. Basically he was saying that you can disobey God and not be punished.
The Bible, however, says differently. The Bible, throughout both the New and the Old Testament (if you will only read it for yourself), says very clearly that those disobedient will get what they deserve, eternal damnation in Hell.
But, who are the disobedient? Who are those who will be tossed into Hell? Let me show you by this verse.
1 Corinthians 6:9-14 (New King James Version)
***Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.***
Those who love God obey Him. It's as simple as that.
John 14:21 (NKJV)
***He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”***
You want to know if you are truly saved? Look at these verses below.
1 John 2:3-11 (NKJV)
***Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.
Brethren, I write no new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you heard from the beginning. Again, a new commandment I write to you, which thing is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away, and the true light is already shining.
He who says he is in the light, and hates his brother, is in darkness until now. He who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in him. But he who hates his brother is in darkness and walks in darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.***
Do you think you are truly saved, or have you been deceived? So many have been deceived into thinking that God doesn't care what you do, that once you are saved, you are always saved. But, as the Bible says, God sees the wicked everyday and hates sin. He will NOT allow sin into Heaven. As long as you are following Jesus, you will be saved, but if you get off the path that leads to life, you have death coming to you.
Stop sinning and repent. Read the Bible and do what it says. Christ can save you if you'll only let Him. God bless!
(Sorry if I'm a bit rambly. It's just that one thing always seems to lead to another.)

A Christian poem I Wrote
This is another poem I wrote last night. (Wednesday) This is a Christian one that calls us, Christians, sheep and Jesus the shepherd. It is made of all couplets. It illustrates some things that we Christians might have to go through spiritually. Here it is. Enjoy!
A Shepherd's Love
By: Jaime Robinson
The Lord is my shepherd,
I will listen to his word.
Though I am a sinner,
He will make me a winner.
From my sin, I took a leap,
And became one of His sheep.
But a wolf came and he,
Decided to take me.
He came very sneakily,
And used his flattery.
As a weak sheep, I fell for it,
And landed in his dark pit.
Then I began to pray,
Every night and every day.
On the seventh day I saw,
The Lord of light and law.
Then my Lord was struck,
And He fell in the muck.
The wolf came from around a bend,
Struck my Lord again, and that was the end.
"He's gone," the wolf said.
My Lord was dead.
I kept thinking about it,
But remained in the pit.
Then it was, after three days,
I looked up and saw golden rays.
Suddenly, I was out of the pit,
And that was when I saw it.
I slowly, carefully, turned around,
And fell on my face on the ground.
I was now revived,
For my Lord was alive.

Please Pray
I have some family members that are not Christians. By that I don't mean my dad and mom and brother and sister. I mean relatives that I don't know very much. Ones that live far away. I am not going to give any names. If they are not Christians they will not go to heaven. They need to repent of their sin and follow God to the END. I just ask anyone who reads this to pray for them to become Christians and follow Christ. If you are interested you can go to http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/index2.html

My "IF" Page
If there is a creation, there is a creator.
If there is a Heaven, there is also a Hell.
If something is true, it is always true no matter what you believe.
If you are a Christian, you WILL have a relationship with Jesus Christ. This includes praying as well as reading your Bible. What good is it to only talk to God through prayers if you don't let Him talk back to you through His Word?
If you say God is your father and you refuse to obey Him, then your father is not God but Satan. For Satan, from the beginning, refused to obey God and exalted himself above his Creator.
If you follow your heart, don't be surprised when it leads you into a mess of trouble. Rather follow God.
If you love someone who is an unbeliever, then you WILL witness to them; you WILL warn them.
If God chose people to either go to Heaven or Hell-if He chose some to go to Heaven and some to go to Hell, then where is the love in that? Where is the love in choosing some to go to Hell and some to go to Heaven? Creating people for Hell. If this were the case, then wouldn't God be playing favorites? God is NOT like that. He loves every human being! He created all people and He wishes all to be saved according to 1 Timothy 2:3-4. I've posted the verse below.
"For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth."
If you are a born again believer, then you are dead to sin, alive to Christ. Here's the verse that goes along with that.
If there is a Heaven, there is also a Hell.

If the Bible distinctly says (in Matthew 24 verses 29 and 30) that
“Immediately after the tribulation.......the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn....."
then we should be able to see that AFTER the tribulation Jesus will come back for us. Note that "all the tribes of the earth" will see His coming.

"Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:11)
If God made all people, then HOW is one race better than the other. I'm not speaking of Israel; I speaking of racism. Also, all races came from one family: Noah's family. How then can one race of people be better than all the other races?
If we were created to serve God as Colossians 1:16 says, then why are some "Christians" serving themselves by sinning? We were created by God and for God not for ourselves and our sinful natures! If you follow God you will NOT sin. This is what baptism is all about! It is a symbol of dying to your old man and living to your new man. It is a symbol of what you do when you get saved! It is NOT a requirement to be saved! It is a symbol of when you get saved and how you give up your old ways to live your life for Christ! Here is Colossians 1:16 if you would like to read it.

My Parable-Type Writings
There was a beautiful flower that
died and blew away. When it died,
it left seeds behind. The seeds
grew and became even more brilliant
and beautiful than the first.
The first flower is like someone
who died for Christ. A person who
was not ashamed and who boldly
proclaimed the gospel. When
he/she was killed, others
were grafted into the family
of Christ. They were given
courage and boldness after
the first gave up his/her life
for Christ. God can take even
the worst circumstances and
use them for good.
Parents are like the covers of a book.
Children are like the pages of the book
and God is like the binder which holds
everything together. Without God,
you're incomplete. God keeps us
together.
Christians are like canoes, and God
is like our paddles. He steers us
away from sin and towards our
future home with Christ.
Unbelievers are like canoes
without paddles; they drift
off into sin and finally destruction.
We are like trees. Satan and his demons
are like wood cutters who try to cut us down,
so they can throw us into the fires of hell.
If we call upon God, he will save us.
If we hold fast to Him, then Satan
and his forces of evil will not cut us down.
We must hold onto Jesus, otherwise
Satan WILL chop us down.
We, Christians, are like different types
of automobiles. God is like our motor;
He keeps us going, but if we don't
fill our gas tanks with the
Word of God, the Bible, we won't
be able to go anywhere. We
may be saved, but we won't grow
in our relationship with Him.
Anyone who loves God WILL want
to grow in their relationship with Him.
Both prayer as well as reading the
scripture are very important
in keeping our relationship
with our Savior.
Some people say that God
doesn't answer their prayers,
but he always answers prayer.
He does so in several different ways
such as: yes, no, wait, or for an
unbeliever, I can't hear you!
God answers the prayers of
true Christians, but rejects the
prayers of those who are
living their lives in sin.
Sin separates us from Christ.
We MUST REPENT of our sin
and follow Christ in
righteousness and truth,
FORSAKING our old man and
living our lives as examples
of Christ.
Jesus is our ticket to heaven,
but if we lose our ticket because
of sin, we will not be saved,
and we will go to hell unless
we repent and repurchase
our ticket.
Unbelievers are like filthy pigs;
they have the time of their lives
eating garbage and rotten food.
They roll around in their sin,
thinking they're just fine the way
they are, but when Farmer Satan comes,
they are slaughtered and feasted upon.
But those that are saved
are like sheep, protected by
Jesus, the good shepherd.
Toying with little sins is
like playing with matches.
Soon your whole life will be
caught on fire, for a few small
sparks can quickly become
a raging fire. If you repent
and call upon Fireman God,
he will put out the fire
and save you. You will
get burned if you play
with sin, but if you repent,
God will save you.
God is like our Commander.
He commands. We obey. When
He tells us to do something, we do it.
If anyone is not being obedient to
Christ, then he/she is NOT a
follower of God. We may
make mistakes, but if we
are living lives of sin, then
we are NOT Christians.

everlasting life with Christ, our savior.
