Jaime is working on reconstructing the blog. It's really in need of something more appealing, now that the template designer can be used. Expect it to look a little--errmmm--out of place and strange for a while!

The Slip

Jaime and I went for a bike ride over to the tennis court. Well, we decided to toss some water on the (what do you call it?) shuffleboard, so that we could slide across it. Once we poured the water on, Jaime and I began sliding; it was so fun!....until....

Jaime ran in to slide across the shuffleboard, and she must not have been ready for it because she slipped backwards and went sliding across the shuffleboard on her back a few feet. The sight was, to tell you the truth, hysterical, and I couldn't help but laugh.

Jaime wasn't too happy about it all. For one thing, her entire back was soaked. Also, there were kids walking down the road, and she didn't really want to be seen like that.

We decided to race home. I went behind her so nobody could see her soaking wet back.

First Hunting Trip {Pictures}

Here are the pictures of Dad and Will right before they left for their hunting trip. I'm sure Jaime told you all about how it went, so I won't go on repeating everything.

First Hunting Trip Conclusion

Sadly, neither Will nor dad shot anything on their first hunting trip. They might have actually gotten something had there not been dogs running around and barking! While they were waiting for some one to come and pick them up, they got all dressed up in their hunting clothes which included: long johns, sweat pants (I think), socks and wool socks as well, camouflage full suit (shirt and pants connected), an orange vest (so they don't shoot each other by accident), a snow hat, and hunting boots. I think that is all. I didn't pay extreme attention so I'm not completely sure if that's all. Then they got their guns, a cooler to put the meat in if they shot anything, etc. Their ride arrived and they were off. At that time it was about 12:30. Dad didn't take any pictures because there wasn't much to take pictures of. Well, we did get one picture of them before they left. Dad has the camera so when he gets home Court is going to put it on here. But anyway, they didn't get anything because all the deer were probably scared away by the dogs. Hopefully next time they'll get something. That concludes our post for today.
