Shuffle Board Slide

I went to the community center around the block today with Jaime. It was pretty...righteous!! (Almost said "awesome"... =P) We found some little bottles and filled them up with water which we dumped all over the shuffle board. Then we went sliding across it!! XD

We made it out alive with only a few minor injuries.  I think we both fell about 3 times each.  The first time I slipped was the worst...  Slammed my hip right on the soaking wet shuffle board. DX

But it was cool.  First I slipped and hit my right hip, then my left hip and shoulder, then...I fell flat on my bottom.  Still, I think I made the "BEST SLIDE EVER"!!!  And I beat Jaime. =D

Oh yeah!  And I thought it was pretty funny at the water fountain.  I got this random idea to spit my water all over Jaime just because she wouldn't be ready for it....  It was quite a surprise, I think!!  XD


She ended up getting me back later though.  =P

Sledding....

I just got back from sledding with Will, Jaime, and Dad over on that big ol' hill by the tennis court. It was pretty fun. Seems like 9 out of 10 times I ended up hitting a bump somewheres near the bottom and tumbling over the sled. Will even ran over me once!!

Me and Will, we were going side by side. I got ahead, and somehow my sled turned off in front of his. We were going, going, going, and then all of a sudden my sled gets stuck in the snow, Will's sled gets lodged up under mine, and the next thing I know snow was flying over my face. Will must have been thrown over me. Yeah... Kind of scary.

The Slip

Jaime and I went for a bike ride over to the tennis court. Well, we decided to toss some water on the (what do you call it?) shuffleboard, so that we could slide across it. Once we poured the water on, Jaime and I began sliding; it was so fun!....until....

Jaime ran in to slide across the shuffleboard, and she must not have been ready for it because she slipped backwards and went sliding across the shuffleboard on her back a few feet. The sight was, to tell you the truth, hysterical, and I couldn't help but laugh.

Jaime wasn't too happy about it all. For one thing, her entire back was soaked. Also, there were kids walking down the road, and she didn't really want to be seen like that.

We decided to race home. I went behind her so nobody could see her soaking wet back.

Sledding

We went sledding down this awesome hill around the block yesterday and the day before. It was sooo fun! The first time especially 'cause we could go faster and farther. Boy, was it fun! And it was really great because it's within walking distance from our house, and there was like nobody there except for some kids who live in the house across from the hill.

They came out to try to sled with some bucket lids and trashcan tops and stuff lol. It didn't work too well, so we just shared our 3 sleds with them. I had to give 1 of the kids, a boy around 7 or 8, my extra pair of gloves 'cause he didn't bring any. Then later when he went in, this girl who was somewhere around 10 or 11 wanted them. It was a good this I brought an extra pair!

For part of the time Will used an old skateboard with no wheels and shoes attached to try to snowboard down the hill. He did pretty good too!

We had alot of fun! Here, I'll post some pictures below. Ugh! Sorry, but the photos might take a while....there are 886 uploading so could be a half and hour or so...oh well, I'll post 'em when they're uploaded and all.
