Jaime is working on reconstructing the blog. It's really in need of something more appealing, now that the template designer can be used. Expect it to look a little--errmmm--out of place and strange for a while!

MY MP3 PLAYER

I finally got my mp3 player in the mail today at 3:24 pm. It's so awesome!!!! Got a bunch of songs on it now. =D

Yeah, I decided to use headphones the first night, since I wasn't all too fond of earphones.

Used to them now though. =)

Mikey Man

We took Mikey for a walk around the block today in the stroller. Jaime and Will took turns running him around while I held Annie (our dog) on the leash. It was pretty fun.

When we got back to the house, we let Mikey wander around the front yard. He quite enjoyed pushing his stroller around. Even gave me a hug (one of his falling-on-top-me-while-I'm-sitting-on-the-ground hugs. =D).

Later in the day (or possibly before) we (Will, Jaime, and Me later) swung Mikey around in his toy bucket. Toy bucket as in: the bucket he puts his toys in. ;)

Soon after Mikey had gotten up from his nap, Jaime (I think it was her) put a movie on. Well, I was just sitting there watching it, and Mikey runs up to me, bringing me all these toys. He's throwing tennis balls at me, bringing me a toy to wind up for him, climbing up in my lap, begging for little pieces of my apple....yeah, silly kid. Ha. =)

Then later, I picked up all these little blocks and toys, and Mikey takes the little block bucket and dumps it right on his head! I clean it up again, and what does he do? Dumps it on his head. And then, once their all on the ground he starts going crazy with his hands whacking blocks everywhere. Guess it wasn't messy ENOUGH for him. Ha!

Man, I love that boy! Even if he is bratty sometimes.

The Slip

Jaime and I went for a bike ride over to the tennis court. Well, we decided to toss some water on the (what do you call it?) shuffleboard, so that we could slide across it. Once we poured the water on, Jaime and I began sliding; it was so fun!....until....

Jaime ran in to slide across the shuffleboard, and she must not have been ready for it because she slipped backwards and went sliding across the shuffleboard on her back a few feet. The sight was, to tell you the truth, hysterical, and I couldn't help but laugh.

Jaime wasn't too happy about it all. For one thing, her entire back was soaked. Also, there were kids walking down the road, and she didn't really want to be seen like that.

We decided to race home. I went behind her so nobody could see her soaking wet back.

Todays Big Story: Gone for a Walk

Annie

Today, Will took Annie (our pitbull) outside and left for a few minutes to do something. Next thing you know, he goes back outside, and she's not there. So we, me, Will, and Jaime, start searching for her everywhere. (Mom was at the dentist.)

Then Will and Jaime start getting all frantic. They take off around the block in search of her. Not halfway around the block, they find her with some black guys.

Well, as soon as they got her home, Annie, through me, starts explaining that she was just taking a walk, and that she figured she was plenty old enough to go by herself. She also told them about her new friends.

Jaime and Will, though, didn't think it was funny. (Too serious about things!) I also made the "you give her an inch, and she takes a mile" comment because yesterday we let Annie come out to the edge of the yard by the road and today she started to go around the block. Of course, she only really made it 1/16th of a mile, but you know....
